Registration is open to all persons interested in the 4th Meeting of the International Association for Dental Research Asia Pacific Region 2019 (IADR-APR 2019).

Early Bird Registrations

To be entitled to the early registration fee you must have registered and paid by Wednesday 28 August 2019.

Member Registrations

To qualify for member rates, you must be a member of IADR. To become a member of IADR, please join/renew here: http://www.iadr.org/IADR/Join-Renew

Student Registrations

A student is defined as a holder of a student identification card from a recognised tertiary or secondary educational institution or a holder of an international student card (submitted in English).  Students must be studying full time to qualify for the discounted rate.  A copy of your student identification card must be uploaded during the registration process to qualify. Without this, the full registration fee will be charged.

Exhibitor Registrations

Exhibitors should refer to the Exhibition Manual for registration details. This will be sent to you prior to the Meeting.

Visa Applications

Important Passport and Visa Information

All visitors to Australia must have a valid visa to travel to and enter Australia. Welcome letters can be requested by emailing the Meeting Managers following completion of registration. For VISA information please visit the Australian Immigration Office website using the link.

**Note – it is strongly recommended that Australian visa applications are lodged at least two months prior to departure from your point of origin.

Registration Terms and Conditions

The registration fee entitles delegates to the following:

Member & Non-Member Registration:

  • Attendance to all Meeting sessions
  • Entry to exhibition
  • Meeting catering: morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea
  • Welcome Reception
  • Option to purchase ticket for Meeting Dinner
  • Satchel containing official Meeting information and name badge

 

Residents/Trainees and Student Registration:

  • Attendance to all Meeting sessions

Registration confirmation

Your completed registration and successful payment will be automatically acknowledged via email with your confirmation and a tax invoice and receipt attached. If your email does not come through to your inbox, please check your junk mail settings. Your registration will only be confirmed upon full payment of fees.

Name badge

Each delegate will receive a name badge when they check in at the registration desk.  The badge will be your official pass to obtain entry to all sessions and social functions.  You are responsible for having your badge clearly visible at all times and must be clearly visible at all times to obtain entry to all sessions and to social functions.  The Meeting Managers expect appropriate behaviour from delegates and reserve the right to revoke the name badge and privileges of anyone behaving in an inappropriate manner.

Certificate of attendance

Your letter of acknowledgment will include any further advice necessary prior to your arrival at the Meeting.  Please see the Meeting registration staff onsite to claim your certificate of attendance.

Group Registration

  • Group registrations are offered to organisations who register five (5) or more delegates at one time. Please note that no discount applies on registration fees for individuals registering as a group. 
  • A group registration will receive one tax invoice for purpose of payment together. If you do not wish for your payments to be processed all together please complete the normal registration form.  
  • Please contact the Meeting Managers at iadrapr2019@arinex.com.au at least 30 days prior to the Meeting on or before Tuesday 29 October 2019 if you wish to register a group of individuals.

Private Touring, Private Functions, Hospitality Arrangements

Should you have any specialised group requirements for private touring, private functions, transportation or hospitality services (other than those organised for the official program), please contact the Meeting Managers who will be pleased to assist.

Credit Card

  • Credit/Debit Card
    The preferred payment method is credit/debit card. Accepted credit/debit cards are Visa, MasterCard and American Express.  Please note all transactions will appear on your statement as ‘Congress by Arinex, Sydney’.
  • Invoice
    If you require an invoice for processing, you can select this option at the end of the registration process. Note this option will only be available until 30 days prior to the event.

Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Meeting Managers by emailing iadrapr2019@arinex.com.au.

 Cancellation of Registration Fees:  

  • Cancellations before Wednesday 28 August 2019 will incur a AUD$150.00 cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations from Thursday 29 August 2019 to Friday 18 October 2019 will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations on or after Saturday 19 October 2019 will not receive a refund. 

Cancellation of Accommodation: 
One night’s deposit must be paid at time of booking to guarantee reservation.

  • Deposit is non-refundable as at 28 October 2019

Cancellation of Social Events:

  • Payments are non-refundable as at 28 October 2019

Cancellation of Tours:

  • Payments are non-refundable as at 28 October 2019

 

This information is correct at the time of publishing.  The Meeting Managers reserve the right to delete, modify or alter items or to delete, modify or alter any aspect of the Meeting timetabling and delivery at their sole discretion and without notice.  Neither the host organisation(s) nor the Meeting Managers will accept any liability for any loss or inconvenience caused to any party consequent to such changes.

The Meeting Managers comply with these legislations and are committed to protect the right of the individual to privacy of their information.

Arinex will not sell your personal information to third parties.  If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please email us and we will promptly correct the information.  You may also withdraw your consent for use of your information by advice to us in writing.

 Why do we wish you to provide your information?

We require your information to facilitate provision of information to you regarding the Meeting and to facilitate your participation in the Meeting.  Information collected in respect of your proposed participation in any aspect of the Meeting will be used for the purposes listed below.  You can give or withhold your consent for each or all of these uses.  Please indicate your preferences when completing your registration form but please note that we will be unable to forward any information relating to the Meeting or to communicate with you regarding your registration if you select ‘no’ to point 1.

What we will do with your information?

  1. Planning and conduct of the Meeting including arrangements for your participation (e.g. accommodation booking);
  2. In the Delegate List published for the Meeting;
  3. May also be provided to organisers of future occurrences of this Meeting;
  4. May be used to provide you with information of other relevant events in your area of interest.

Important Notes:

  • The parties who will have access to your information (subject to your preference selections on above points) are the Meeting Managers, the Meeting host organisation (points 1 and point 4), delegates, sponsors and exhibitors of the Meeting (point 2) and any future organisers of the Conference (point 3).

The parties mentioned above will rely on your above consent indications for the purposes of compliance.

  • You may withdraw your granular consent at any time by notice in writing to the Meeting Managers.
  • You are entitled to access the information held by written application to the Meeting Managers.
